Terms and Conditions – apk2room Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to apk2room. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the apk2room website, mobile platform, and all services offered under the apk2room brand ("the Platform", "apk2room", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or in any other way using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of apk2room regardless of how they access the Platform — whether through a web browser, a saved web application, or any other method of access. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use apk2room.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use apk2room. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request identity documentation at any point to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation. apk2room does not knowingly provide services to minors.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one apk2room account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, including pending withdrawals, may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

apk2room is designed and operated for use by players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your location. apk2room does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where the use of online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date — contact support if any of your details change.

3. Account Rules & Security

3.1 Account Security

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with anyone else. apk2room staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact support to lock the account while you investigate.

3.2 Account Currency

All apk2room accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies, no hidden conversion charges, and no exchange rate surprises. Your balance, bets, winnings, and all transactions will always be displayed and processed in PKR.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your apk2room account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed according to our standard withdrawal procedures, provided all verification requirements have been met. apk2room reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its discretion if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is detected.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. apk2room reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, following prior notification to the registered contact details. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will continue to be available to the account holder upon reactivation. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

apk2room accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits are processed in PKR. apk2room does not charge any fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with your provider before depositing.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your apk2room balance instantly. IBFT bank transfers typically clear within one to two business hours. Visa and Mastercard deposits are usually instant but may take up to fifteen minutes depending on your card issuer. If a deposit does not appear in your account after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal from apk2room, you must: (a) have completed any applicable identity verification; (b) have met any bonus wagering requirements associated with funds you wish to withdraw; (c) request withdrawal to a payment method that matches the one used for your deposit, where applicable. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

apk2room processes withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically arrive within five minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT are usually completed within one to two business hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals depend on your card issuer's processing time, typically one to three business days. apk2room does not charge withdrawal fees. Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

4.5 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that you own and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using payment methods belonging to someone else is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation. apk2room cooperates fully with financial fraud investigations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Availability

apk2room offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. These include but are not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal event promotions. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at apk2room are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount of betting activity that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute toward them are always published in full with each bonus offer. Players should read these terms before accepting any bonus. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes agreement to the associated wagering requirements.

5.3 Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Different game types contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100% of bets placed; live casino games (including blackjack, baccarat, roulette) typically contribute at a reduced rate between 10%–20%; sports bets on qualifying markets typically contribute 100% but must meet minimum odds requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. 5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at apk2room carry an expiry period — a time limit within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn prior to the expiry of the bonus will be forfeited. Expiry periods are clearly stated with each bonus offer. apk2room is not responsible for bonuses that expire due to a player's failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on a player account at any given time. If you accept a new bonus while an existing bonus is still active, the existing bonus may be cancelled. apk2room reserves the right to remove bonus offers from players suspected of abusing promotional terms, including but not limited to: exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or systematic bonus wagering without genuine recreational play.

5.6 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The welcome bonus at apk2room is available to new registered players who make their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per person, once per household, once per device, and once per payment method. apk2room reserves the right to withhold or recover the welcome bonus from any account found to have fraudulently claimed it or to have breached these Terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on apk2room are subject to acceptance by the Platform. apk2room reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed on events where the outcome is already known; bets placed using fraudulently obtained funds; bets that appear to exploit a system error or technical fault; and bets that exceed posted maximum limits.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or mis-posted odds, apk2room reserves the right to void affected bets. Any winnings generated through an obvious error — such as clearly incorrect odds posted significantly below their correct value — will not be honoured and will be voided. If you notice what appears to be an error, please stop play and contact support rather than continuing to exploit the error.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on apk2room. These limits are displayed within each game and on each market. apk2room reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where it deems necessary. Players who have concerns about stake limits applicable to their account should contact support.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting Rules

All cricket and sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published in the sports betting section of apk2room. Key principles include: bets on matches that are abandoned or cancelled without a result will typically be voided and stakes returned; in-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined are void; cricket bets follow standard rules for rain delays, DLS calculations, and match abandonment as stated in the cricket betting rules section.

6.5 Live Casino and Table Games

Live dealer games at apk2room are provided by licensed third-party studio operators. The rules governing each live game are displayed within the game interface. Where there is any discrepancy between the outcome visible on the live stream and the outcome recorded by the game system, the system's recorded result is authoritative unless a clear technical fault is demonstrated. 7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to make bets, play games, or navigate the Platform
• Colluding with other players on live tables to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or incorrectly posted odds and not reporting them to support
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location
• Charging back deposits to your payment provider after those funds have been wagered or withdrawn
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing apk2room staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the apk2room platform

apk2room uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, apk2room will close the account, void associated bets and winnings, and may report the matter to relevant authorities where financial crime is suspected. 8. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the apk2room Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of apk2room or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the apk2room brand, logo, or any other proprietary content for any purpose outside of normal personal use of the Platform.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from apk2room without express written permission. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform. Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

apk2room provides the Platform "as is" and "as available". While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is reliable, secure, and accurate, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available without interruption, error, or loss of data. apk2room will not be liable for any disruption to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, hardware failure, third-party platform issues, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk2room's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform — including but not limited to lost bets, failed withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues, or data loss — shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant event occurred.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits apk2room's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Pakistani law.

12. Changes to These Terms

apk2room reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects when the current version came into force.

If you continue to use apk2room after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically — apk2room is not liable for any impact arising from failure to review updated Terms.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a full resolution within five business days for standard disputes.

13.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
